Located on the campus of Grand Center Arts Academy in St. Louis, MO, this historic landmark in Grand Center was rebuilt through New+Found's integrated model to match its original beauty. This colorful theater seats over 600 and has an expansive 2,000 square foot stage. The theater is now home to private events and performances of many kinds.
Now home to one of St. Louis' most beautiful event spaces, The Noble, South Side Tower was an abandoned bank building in the historic South St. Louis City. The acquisition and renovation of the property in 2005 included the addition of an event space, condominium homes and first floor retail.
This $550 million, 316-bed hospital was a design project completed in 2020 by New+Found design affiliate. The hospital was recognized by many as the project of the year in St. Louis, MO.
As apart of the integrated services model, New+Found has partnered with SSM Health to complete a programmatic development of five urgent cares in the Oklahoma City MSA. The first of five building began construction in 2021.
This 91,000 square foot, 87-bed assisted living and memory care facility was completed in 2018 and a part of the New+Found's integrated services model.

This historic re-use building was once the home to the Missouri Pacific Railroad. Its current iteration includes 230 luxurious apartment homes. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned and carefully executed for the comfort and enjoyment of Park Pacific's residents.
This newly renovated condominium building is a striking reuse of one of St. Louis’s most historic buildings. Originally designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Eames and Young, this building was restored to its original splendor. It includes first floor retail space, second floor office and 10 floors of homes.

Originally built in 1982 and located next to the Federal Reserve the Security Building was home to the Noonday Club and the center of financial business for decades in the 20th Century. Now home to Lawrence Group Design, the building was restored as an office building in 2005.
