Transformed, through New+Found's integrated services model, from the century-old Federal-Mogul manufacturing foundry, City Foundry STL pays homage to the city’s industrial roots while celebrating the future of St. Louis’ hospitality leaders in its central food hall and public market.

Angad Arts Hotel

Creativity inspires, energizes and enlightens us.  Angad Arts Hotel (AAH) is a wholly new hospitality experience that embraces the visual arts, performance, fashion, literature and gastronomy. Ideally located in the Grand Center district of St. Louis, MO this integrated services, adaptive reuse development project was acknowledged as a winner in the 2019 USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest for Best New Hotel, placing fourth overall.

Hotel Ignacio

Named the city’s “Best Hotel” in 2014 by The Riverfront Times, this beautiful boutique 50-bed hotel in Midtown St. Louis was designed and built by New+Found affiliates for St. Louis University.

Tin Roof

New+Found's construction and design affiliates have assisted Tin Roof, a food and live music venue, with the delivery of 5 locations in various markets including Charlotte, Kansas City, and St. Louis.

Sun Theater

Located on the campus of Grand Center Arts Academy in St. Louis, MO, this historic landmark in Grand Center was rebuilt through New+Found's integrated model to match its original beauty.  This colorful theater seats over 600 and has an expansive 2,000 square foot stage.  The theater is now home to private events and performances of many kinds.

The Noble (South Side Tower)

Now home to one of St. Louis' most beautiful event spaces, The Noble, South Side Tower was an abandoned bank building in the historic South St. Louis City. The acquisition and renovation of the property in 2005 included the addition of an event space, condominium homes and first floor retail.

Saint Louis University Hospital

This $550 million, 316-bed hospital was a design project completed in 2020 by New+Found design affiliate. The hospital was recognized by many as the project of the year in St. Louis, MO.

SSM Heath Urgent Cares

As apart of the integrated services model, New+Found has partnered with SSM Health to complete a programmatic development of five urgent cares in the Oklahoma City MSA. The first of five building began construction in 2021.

Allegro Senior Living

This 91,000 square foot, 87-bed assisted living and memory care facility was completed in 2018 and a part of the New+Found's integrated services model.

Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital

City Foundry Phase 2

Inspired living in the middle of the city.  In development now, this apartment complex will include a variety of amenities including a rooftop park, pool, sauna, covered dog park and so much more.  The two towers will include more than 270 intricately designed units.

Park Pacific

This historic re-use building was once the home to the Missouri Pacific Railroad.  Its current iteration includes 230 luxurious apartment homes.  Every detail has been thoughtfully planned and carefully executed for the comfort and enjoyment of Park Pacific's residents.

Marquette Building

This newly renovated condominium building is a striking reuse of one of St. Louis’s most historic buildings.  Originally designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Eames and Young, this building was restored to its original splendor.  It includes first floor retail space, second floor office and 10 floors of homes.

City Foundry Phase 2

Through New+Found's integrated services model, City Foundry Phase 2 will include the first building in the State of Missouri to be built utilizing Mass Timber. The building will consist of 60,000 SF of office space.

Security Building

Originally built in 1982 and located next to the Federal Reserve the Security Building was home to the Noonday Club and the center of financial business for decades in the 20th Century.  Now home to Lawrence Group Design, the building was restored as an office building in 2005.

This office and lab space serves as Orion Genomics headquarters. Orion Genomics  provides genomics research services and clinical laboratory services to leading healthcare and agricultural research organizations.
