Ashley Hesjedal specializes in one-of-a-kind experiences as a development associate for New + Found. Working within all aspects of the vertically integrated St. Louis real estate portfolio, she collaborates on a wide range of exciting, community impact driven projects. While her traditional real estate development background includes overseeing the specialty retail for the $150 million dollar family-owned initiative in Augusta, Missouri, she draws from her extensive history of brand building and management with companies such as the Boston Beer Company, Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center, and alongside the UCI World Tour. A St. Louis native, she has lived in Colorado, Hawaii, British Columbia and Spain since she graduated from the University of Missouri—Columbia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate, returning in 2020 with enthusiasm for her hometown .
