Lisa Lodike is part of the N+F accounting team and has over 25 years of property management senior accounting experience. Her experience comprises of both commercial and residential properties, including market, mixed use, affordable housing, and fee managed entities. She also has experience with new and redevelopment construction projects. With systematic accounting, reporting, and new technological tools, she is dedicated to helping maintain each of the properties financial integrity by providing timely, accurate, and efficient accounting support to property owners and partners, managers, and the N+F team. Lisa joined New + Found in 2020, and is delighted to be working with a company that truly cares about people and improving the cities that they are developing and managing properties in.
