Mason Bikshorn serves New + Found as the Director of Investments. Mason leads the financial underwriting, capital markets, and evaluation of potential investment and development opportunities aligned with the firm’s long-term growth strategy. Before New + Found, Mason spent several years in both Associate and Analyst level roles at a private equity real estate firm where he performed extensive market research, underwrote approximately $3 billion of investments, and assisted in the firm’s institutional capital raise. Mason received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with honors from the University of Missouri – Columbia, where his areas of concentration were Finance, Economics, and Real Estate. Mason, a St. Louis-native, enjoys playing basketball and golf as well as listening to his obscure vinyl collection.
