Pete Sebelski joined New + Found (formerly Lawrence Group Properties) in 2014. With more than 20 years of experience, he has managed more than $500 million of construction including many residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Pete brings extensive experience in project coordination, financing, budgeting, due diligence, governmental relations, and lease negotiation, in addition to legal aspects for projects. Prior to joining New + Found, Pete served as vice president of development at Novus Companies and was Chief Operating Officer at Control Devices, Inc. for eight years. Pete has a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
