Travis Brantingham is an experienced administrator and executive currently serving as the Chief of Staff at New + Found. In this role, Travis plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the organization. He supports the company’s strategic direction and operational needs by facilitating communication between departments, managing critical projects, and ensuring alignment between the company's objectives and its operational activities. As Chief of Staff, Travis also assists in the evaluation of potential investment and development opportunities aligned with the firm’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring that due diligence processes are rigorous and that investments align with the company's values and objectives. Additionally, Travis serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and analysis on various organizational matters. His role is critical in streamlining decision-making processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Travis' background in educational leadership from his tenure at Principia School, where he was the Head of School, contributes to his adeptness at organizational management and development. His experience in building and sustaining an educational community adds a unique perspective to his current position. Travis holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Maryville University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Principia College. Outside of his professional life, Travis, a native of Arizona, cherishes time spent with family, is an avid fly-fisherman, and enjoys leisurely walks with his Yellow Labrador, Buster.
