Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its capabilities into asset management, leasing, and investments, and expanded its development reach by launching the firm’s first developments outside St. Louis. In 2021, he successfully launched St. Louis’ first true Food Hall to critical acclaim.Will has an extensive educational background receiving a Master of Business Administration, Real Estate from The Wharton School, a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
