Will Morehead serves New + Found as an Investment Associate assisting on acquisition/development underwriting, capital markets, and asset management. Before New + Found, Will spent two years as the senior analyst on one of the top multifamily investment sales teams in the Midwest, underwriting and leading due diligence on over $5 billion of investments. Prior to that, Will worked for a family office in Dallas, TX working on retail asset acquisitions, leasing, and property management for a portfolio valued at over $200 million. Will graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a major in Economics and minor in Mandarin Chinese. Born and raised in St. Louis, Will is an avid fan of all STL sports teams and enjoys staying active by running, golfing, or anything outdoors.
