Overview: The Sovereign project transformed a historic the former Pavyer Printing Machine Works building (3306 Washington Blvd.) building into a 17,000-square-foot, 1,200-capacity concert venue, opened to public in September 2025.
New + Found partnered with Lawrence Group as the architect and Integrate Construction Partners as the general contractor of the renovation. The project added significant structural retrofits, new windows, and exterior tuckpointing to preserve the building’s character while meeting modern performance needs. The build-out added two bars, a 30’x40’ stage, VIP area, two greenrooms, and a striking two-story reception area.
